Q:1 Why would I work for ABC Health Care?
A: ABC is one big family. We take keen interest in our employees and their family. We believe that we have to know your employees well in order for them to do a good job for us.
Q:2 What areas of nursing do you staff for?
A: ABC Health Care, Inc. provides nursing staff to all areas of nursing. The highest needs come from critical care areas, eg: ICU, CCU, CVICU, ER, Recovery, Surgery, L&D. Most of the staffing occurs in the afternoon or on nights.
Q:3 Do you have to work full time or are there minimum working requirements?
A: NO. We work around your schedule and your needs. However, the more available and flexible you are the more shifts you can work.
Q:4 How does the scheduling work?
A: You inform us about the days and the number of hours you want to work. We get to work to fulfilling your wishes. We can plan a month or a week ahead of time. If that does not work for you, we can do it one day at a time.
Q:5 How do we get paid?
A: We have weekly payroll or you can come in after you have worked and get paid under our "Instant Pay Scheme"
Q6: Do you offer Health Insurance?
A: ABC Health Care can provide you information on obtaining Health Insurance, however @ this time we do not participate in an Employer paid program.
Q7: Do I have to work weekends?
A: No. W/Es are not required for regular per-diem employees. However, if you contract (4, 8, or 13 weeks) with an institution there may be a w/e requirement.
Q8: Where do you staff?
A: ABC Health Care, Inc. is the largest staffing agency in Northwest Ohio . We staff 7 of the 8 hospitals in Toledo , Ohio and staff 5 other hospitals within 90 minutes of our office. We also staff area Industrial and Out-Patient facilities.
Q9: How do I know your company will be dependable?
A: ABC Health Care, Inc. has been in staffing business for 25 years. ABC Health Care, Inc.'s office staff has 16 and 17 years in with the company. We have field staffs that have worked for ABC Health Care, Inc. for over 15 years!
