Our evaluation and recruitment process is extremely stringent and is modeled after the exacting industry standards and procedures that include:
  • Thorough evaluation through a personal interview with a qualified evaluation professional.
  • Credentials substantiated by documentation examination and in-depth background checks
  • Proficiency ratings conducted by our assessment professionals through detailed telephone reference checks with past employers.
  • Licensure and Certification confirmed before the start of each assignment.
  • All nurses have to undergo Pre-employment as well as random drug screen while on assignment.
  • Just as we do not accept every nurse that applies to us, we do not accept assignments from our healthcare providers if we cannot fill the vacant positions in a timely and a professionally appropriate manner.
  • All nurses are legally eligible to work in the USA and are available to start an assignment on the date and time that is agreed upon.
