A: ABC Health Care, Inc. is the first Staffing Company in the State of Ohio to be awarded the "Gold Seal of Approval" from the Joint Commission. This certification sets the bar higher for our staff and our company in providing Health Care Staffing Services. ABC Health Care, Inc. has been in business since 1981 and continues to enjoy longetivity with our field staff and our office staff.
Q:2 What services do you provide?
A: ABC Health Care, Inc. provides Registered and Licensed Practical nurses for Hospital, Out-Patient, Industrial, and Office staffing. If your staffing needs are for other professionals, please call our office for availability.
Q:3 What area do you service?
A: ABC Health Care, Inc. generally services Northwest Ohio, and Southwestern Michigan . Our staff will generally travel up to 90 minutes from our offices in Maumee , Ohio .
Q:4 How do I schedule your nursing services?
A: We try and make scheduling an easy flexible process. We can schedule by hours needed, or FTE's; by the employee or with several nurses to fill the job. We can provide per-diem staff, however most of our customers do some form of contracting the nursing services.
Q:5 Explain how contracting services works.
A: Contracting our nursing services serves both the customer and the nurse well. It gives the customer consistency and longer term planning and a better Rate for the services. In turn the nurses become familiar with the facility/unit and function just like a regular staff nurse. You may contract for 4, 8, 12 or 13 weeks for a minimum of 32 hours a week. We are flexible and will work within you needs.
